For the QuickKart mobile app and website at https://quick.prsindia.in, operated by QuickKart (PRS Cloud Tech). Last updated: 6 September 2026. By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.
QuickKart is a grocery quick-commerce service in India. You order groceries and household essentials through the app or website, and we pick, pack and deliver them from a store near you. Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees — traffic, weather and demand affect them.
You need an account to order. You must provide accurate details, keep your login credentials (including one-time codes sent to your phone) to yourself, and be at least 18 years old, or use the service under the supervision of someone who is. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend an account used fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms. You can deactivate or permanently delete your account at any time from the app — see the account deletion page.
An order placed through the app is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it and begin preparing it; until then we may refuse or cancel an order — for example when an item is out of stock, the address is outside our delivery area, or we suspect misuse. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund. If an item in a confirmed order turns out to be unavailable, we remove it and charge you only for what is delivered.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include GST where applicable. Packaged goods are never sold above their printed Maximum Retail Price (MRP). The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place the order; delivery and handling fees, if any, are itemised there before you confirm. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected and the affected order cancelled and refunded.
We currently accept cash on delivery only. Please keep the amount ready — our rider may not carry change for large notes. A cash handling fee may apply and is itemised in your order summary before you confirm. We do not accept cards, UPI or bank transfer today; if we begin to, these terms will be updated before that option appears at checkout.
We deliver only within the serviceable areas shown in the app. Serviceability is checked against your delivery address (or map pin) before checkout. Areas can change as stores open, close or reach capacity; an address that was serviceable yesterday may not be today, and the app will tell you before you order.
You can cancel an order from the app until it is picked up for delivery, at no charge. Once it is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, but our returns and refunds policy covers anything that arrives damaged, spoiled or wrong. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders follow the refund timelines in that policy.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including under consumer protection law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — a delayed grocery delivery should never cost more than the groceries. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have to bring a claim before a consumer forum, the courts at Delhi, India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
