Groceries are perishable, so this policy is built for speed: tell us quickly, show us a photo, and we make it right. Last updated: 6 September 2026.
If a perishable item arrives spoiled, crushed or otherwise not fit to use, report it within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We do not ask you to send perishables back — once we have your report and photo, we send a replacement with your next order or refund the item, whichever you prefer.
If a packaged item arrives damaged, leaking or past its expiry date, or you received a different item than you ordered, report it within 24 hours with a photo. For wrong or sealed damaged items we may arrange a pickup at your door — you never pay to return something that was our mistake. Missing items from an order are refunded or redelivered once confirmed against the packing record.
Every order is paid by cash on delivery, so an approved refund is paid out to you by bank transfer or UPI using details you provide. An order cancelled before it reaches you has nothing to refund, because payment is only collected at the door. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of the request being approved; your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.
Use the contact form with your order number, the affected items and your photos, raise it from the order in the app, or call us at +91 93102 49840. A person reviews every request — approvals are typically same-day for reports made within the 24-hour window.
Items reported after the 24-hour window, items that spoiled because the delivery could not be handed over at the agreed address and time, and items that were used or consumed beyond what was needed to discover the problem. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer protection law.
