For the QuickKart app and website (https://quick.prsindia.in). Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Open the QuickKart app, go to Profile → Delete account, and confirm. The deletion takes effect immediately: you are signed out on every device and can no longer log in with that account.
Order and payment records are kept in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name, email or phone number — because Indian tax and accounting law requires sales records to be retained. They cannot be used to identify or contact you.
You can also request deletion without the app: send us your registered phone number via the contact form, by email to aditi@prsindia.in, or by calling +91 93102 49840, stating that you want your account deleted. We may contact you on the registered number to confirm the request is really yours. Requests are processed within 7 days.
If you only want to stop using QuickKart for a while, you can deactivate your account in the app instead (Profile → Deactivate). Deactivation locks the account without erasing it. Deletion, by contrast, is final. See the privacy policy for the full picture of how your data is handled.
